Job summary

Alliance Division - Megaworld Alpha in General Trias, Cavite, seeks a Sr. Sales Manager to lead the real estate sales for Makati and Cavite projects.

This on-site, full-time role supervises a sales team, sets targets, and drives revenue and reservations. You will oversee end-to-end sales activities, coordinate with marketing and project teams, conduct client meetings and property viewings, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales leadership with team management and coaching.
• Proven real estate sales experience including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closings.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with clients and brokers.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with precise documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site in General Trias with regular field activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial sales roles in real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of Makati and Cavite real estate market dynamics is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices aligned with company mission.
