Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Civil Engineering related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Development, specifically in Real Estate.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and implementing all projects.
• Coordinate construction matters and approvals related to reviews and design.
• Oversee project management requirements, organize meetings and financial presentations.
• Identify potential stumbling blocks and propose immediate solutions.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and sales performance on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with departments to meet deliverables and update project timetables.
