Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR operations or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX) is mandatory.
• Strong data reporting, dashboards, and Excel skills are essential.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and guide use of the Qualtrics EX platform.
• Design, configure, test, and launch EX surveys aligned with objectives and standards.
• Lead survey administration: user access, communications, lifecycle, and governance.
• Coordinate and support UAT, troubleshoot issues, ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs and participation to drive program effectiveness and improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Maintain process docs and SOPs, seeking efficiency improvements.
