Qualifications

Sr. Specialist, Employee Experience Survey Administration

The Position

Are you passionate about turning employee feedback into actionable insights and improving the employee experience? Join us as a Senior Specialist, Survey Administration, where you will play a key role in delivering and managing Employee Experience (EX) survey services through the Qualtrics EX platform.

In this role, you will partner with global stakeholders to design, administer, and optimize employee listening programs, translating data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. You will be responsible for end-to-end survey delivery, platform administration, reporting and analytics, stakeholder support, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational excellence and a seamless user experience.

Working closely with GBS HR Process Management, you will help ensure that Qualtrics EX surveys are delivered with high quality and in alignment with global standards and governance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert guidance on the effective use of the Qualtrics EX platform and employee listening solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and launch Employee Experience (EX) surveys, ensuring alignment with business objectives, global standards, and survey best practices.
• Lead survey administration activities, including user access management, survey communications, lifecycle management, and governance of approved survey templates and questionnaires.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot platform and survey-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of operational concerns.
• Monitor survey quality, participation rates, response metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge resources, and standardized operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.

About our future employee

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Operations, HR Technology, Survey Administration, People Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering employee survey platforms, with mandatory experience in Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, business requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, dashboard development, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of survey methodologies, employee listening programs, and survey lifecycle management is an advantage.
