Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–5 years in Business Process Control.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with loan applications and client relations is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City; willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and operations review: supervise regular reviews of business processes for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Perform and review data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvements; validate reports.
• Supervise monitoring activities to ensure objective review of transactions and procedures.
• Develop and enhance procedures with related departments to improve workflows and internal controls.
• Provide coaching and training on review techniques and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on process improvements and issue resolution.
