Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Exposure to annual financial statements preparation and submission; audit background is a plus.
• Interest in process re-engineering and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee daily operations for accuracy, timeliness, and control compliance.
• Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements with schedules and notes; coordinate with auditors.
• Act as SME and owner of centralized Finance Control processes across Manila.
• Interface with onshore stakeholders for month-end and regulatory alignment.
• Learn and apply Finance Control process flows and system functionalities.
• Apply accounting standards and policies in day-to-day oversight.
• Drive process re-engineering, automation, and centralization to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify risks and control gaps; support remediation to strengthen controls.
• Provide coverage for peers and contribute to knowledge sharing within Finance Control.
