Concentrix in the Philippines seeks a Supervisor, Controls and Compliance to lead audits, assess risk, and drive proactive mitigation across the organization.

You will support client escalations, investigate issues, and prepare clear audit, risk, and compliance reports for stakeholders. You will participate in regular 1:1s with your manager and direct reports, and complete mandatory training on time to uphold our standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess compliance, monitor risk indicators, and drive proactive mitigation efforts.
• Supporting client escalations and leading investigation activities.
• Preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring timely response to security incidents.
• Preparing and presenting audit, risk, and compliance reports to stakeholders.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
