HRTX is seeking a Business Controlling Finance Manager in Ortigas, Pasig. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work, focusing on leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

The candidate will partner with business units, prepare management reports, and ensure data accuracy while supporting cost controls and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of finance, FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
• Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities.
