Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead process and operations review: supervise regular reviews of business processes for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

As a Business Control Supervisor at ACOM, you will play a crucial role focusing on performing Business Control activities such as Quality Control, Operation Monitoring and Business Process Improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead process and operations review: Supervise regular reviews of business processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Identify control gaps, recommend corrective actions, and oversee implementation of improvements.
• Perform and review data analysis: Consolidate and analyze data to identify performance trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities. Validate accuracy of reports prepared by staff.
• Supervise monitoring activities: Ensure consistent and objective review of operational transactions, reports, and procedures in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and enhance procedures: Collaborate with related departments to improve existing workflows, documentation, and internal control systems.
• Provide coaching and training: Guide and mentor Business Control staff on review techniques, documentation standards, and compliance awareness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Operations, QA, and other support functions to ensure alignment on process improvement and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Control
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in client relations or sales in a corporate setting, exposure on marketing, customer service, and clerical activities is a must.
• Handled identical loan application system from the previous company.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Credit or loan underwriting experience is a strong plus.
• Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Can start ASAP.
