Job summary

ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation is seeking a Business Control Staff to strengthen quality control, operation monitoring, and process improvement. The role focuses on monitoring performance and driving improvements in control effectiveness.

The successful candidate will review KPIs, coach staff, and help manage risk while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Ortigas Center, Pasig City location and immediate start are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Process Control (fresh grads welcome).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of client relations or sales in a corporate setting is a must.
• Experience with loan application systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to report to Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and assess quality against established metrics.
• Analyze data from call monitoring to identify issues and training needs.
• Deliver targeted coaching based on performance evaluations.
• Generate reports on KPIs related to customer service quality.
• Review internal controls and identify weaknesses for improvement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance control effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on deficiencies, risk assessments, and compliance.
