Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor and audit customer interactions, analyze results, and drive improvements across QA processes. You will collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to implement targeted actions and support CAPA initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years in QA, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Travel is 0–5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related QA experience is typical.
• Experience conducting call monitoring and quality audits preferred.
• Ability to analyze results and deliver actionable insights.
• Familiarity with QA processes, CAPA, and calibration activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct call monitoring and quality audits to assess adherence to QA standards.
• Analyze quality results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify process, behavior, and skill gaps; recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to implement action plans.
• Participate in CAPA development and implementation to address gaps.
• Engage in calibration sessions to ensure consistent QA interpretation.
• Review disputes related to QA results and maintain scoring accuracy.
• Evaluate and improve QA processes to drive continuous improvement.
