Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of QA-related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality software in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance or related technology roles.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into test scenarios and QA plans.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts, establishing testing standards across platforms.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and validation approaches.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by validating outputs and readiness for deployment.
• Manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution with development teams.
• Evaluate requirements and end-to-end processes to ensure quality before release.
