Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to lead quality assurance for GPTOS technology solutions, ensuring production readiness and reliable deployments across platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to validate AI initiatives, Zendesk enhancements, and platform improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Around 5-7 years of combined experience in QA or related technology roles.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios and QA plans.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills across multiple projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on technology solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and Zendesk testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts with testing standards, processes, and best practices across platforms.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and validation approaches (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Validate AI-enabled outputs and assess operational readiness for deployments.
• Manage defects with development and delivery teams from discovery to resolution.
• Evaluate requirements and end-to-end processes to ensure quality before release.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and production readiness of GPTOS technology solutions. You will establish and lead quality assurance practices that support AI initiatives, Zendesk enhancements, system integrations, and platform improvements. Acting as an independent quality advocate, you will partner with technical and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to validate solutions, identify risks, manage defects, and ensure successful deployments.

• Lead quality assurance efforts for technology initiatives, establishing consistent testing standards, processes, and best practices across supported platforms.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation approaches for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by validating outputs, assessing operational readiness, and helping ensure successful adoption and deployment.
• Manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution in partnership with development and delivery teams.
• Evaluate business requirements, user workflows, and end-to-end processes to ensure solutions meet quality expectations before release.

What You Bring to the Role

• Around 5-7 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Business Analysis, or related technology roles, with a strong track record of supporting software delivery initiatives.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios, validation strategies, and quality assurance plans.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple projects and evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions in dynamic environments.
• Preferred experience includes supporting AI-enabled solutions, testing system integrations, working with Zendesk platforms, and contributing to complex technology transformation initiatives.
