Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC in Metro Manila seeks a Senior QA Analyst to ensure quality, reliability, and production readiness of GPTOS technology solutions. You will establish and lead QA practices supporting AI initiatives, Zendesk enhancements, system integrations, and platform improvements.

You will partner with technical and business teams across the delivery lifecycle to validate solutions, manage defects, and ensure successful deployments, driving testing standards and best practices

Qualifications

• 5-7 years combined experience in QA or related technology roles.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios and QA plans.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts across platforms with consistent testing standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and validation approaches for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by validating outputs and ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
• Manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution with development and delivery teams.
• Evaluate business requirements and end-to-end processes to ensure quality before release.

What You'll Do: Your Role in Making an Impact

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and production readiness of GPTOS technology solutions. You will establish and lead quality assurance practices that support AI initiatives, Zendesk enhancements, system integrations, and platform improvements. Acting as an independent quality advocate, you will partner with technical and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to validate solutions, identify risks, manage defects, and ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead quality assurance efforts for technology initiatives, establishing consistent testing standards, processes, and best practices across supported platforms.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation approaches for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by validating outputs, assessing operational readiness, and helping ensure successful adoption and deployment.
• Manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution in partnership with development and delivery teams.
• Evaluate business requirements, user workflows, and end-to-end processes to ensure solutions meet quality expectations before release.

What You Bring to the Role

• Around 5-7 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Business Analysis, or related technology roles, with a strong track record of supporting software delivery initiatives.
• Experience translating business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios, validation strategies, and quality assurance plans.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, release validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple projects and evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions in dynamic environments.
• Preferred experience includes supporting AI-enabled solutions, testing system integrations, working with Zendesk platforms, and contributing to complex technology transformation initiatives.
