Job summary

Weaver is a full-service national accounting, advisory and consulting firm seeking a senior proposal writer to support partners and leaders across Weaver's practice and industry groups in winning new business.

You will manage assigned proposals from kick-off to final delivery, craft compelling value propositions, coordinate Word and PowerPoint deliverables, and help develop win strategies for private and public sector opportunities. Seven-plus years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant proposal writing or marketing communications experience.
• Experience with the full cycle of proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing preferred), Communications, English or related disciplines.
• Experience with U.S. state and local government bids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned proposal efforts from kick-off to final delivery.
• Develop win strategies and articulate Weaver's capabilities.
• Produce proposals and other deliverables for private and public sector entities.
• Coordinate formats from Word documents to PowerPoint presentations.
