Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced writing skills and strong subject-matter expertise.
• Experience coordinating RFPs and bid responses.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to source information and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires for a diverse client base.
• Review and provide feedback on peer work to ensure accuracy and quality across proposal documents.
• Coordinate the response process from kick-off meetings to final submission, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Research, draft, and tailor responses using the database and other resources, applying a strong understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, sales, and relationship teams to source information and develop clear, client-focused responses.
• Maintain and enhance the RFP database, updating content and identifying opportunities for improvement within defined standards.
• Liaise with other business areas to ensure factual accuracy and consistency across materials.
• Contribute to projects beyond day-to-day proposal delivery, such as content management and process improvements.
• Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members as required.
