This role collaborates with leadership, BD, sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to produce clear, persuasive, and compliant responses to RFPs and RFQs. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator with experience in technology consulting or government contracting, and has familiarity with Asset Management concepts to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• Experience writing and developing proposals for technology consulting or professional services.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs with strong compliance and deadlines.
• Ability to translate technical and business information into persuasive content.
• Familiarity with Asset Management concepts is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write, edit, and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs.
• Translate technical and business information into clear proposal content.
• Create Asset Management content and solutions proposals.
• Review requirements to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership, BD, sales, SMEs, and delivery teams.
• Develop messaging, differentiators, and win themes.
• Edit for clarity, tone, formatting, and quality.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and revisions.
• Maintain reusable content and support presentations and capability statements.
