StaffRight in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Property Manager (ENG) to lead on-site teams and oversee tenant relations, leases, and vendor coordination.

The position pays PHP 70,000 to 80,000 per month, full-time (40 hours weekly) with a US time-zone schedule and a graveyard shift in the Philippines.

Ideal candidates have U.S. residential or commercial property-management experience, strong English, and proficiency with AppFolio or similar software.

Qualifications

• US residential or commercial property-management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing on-site teams.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work a US time-zone schedule (graveyard shift in PH).
• Experience with AppFolio or similar software; MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior on-site property managers.
• Manage tenant communications, renewals, and escalated issues.
• Assist with showings, screening, advertising, and lease drafting.
• Coordinate vendors for repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of properties.
• Maintain clear written records of leases and resident issues.
