BH Properties is seeking an Admin Manager for Consultants to operate remotely from the Philippines, coordinating with the Senior Managing Director and reporting during U.S. Pacific business hours. The role focuses on leading recruitment, onboarding, and consultant engagement for CRE-related positions.

You will drive sourcing on LinkedIn and other boards, supervise the recruiting team, and analyze metrics to improve processes. Strong confidentiality and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of admin and recruitment experience
• Experience posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization
• Independent worker with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains high level of confidentiality and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the recruiting team and provide performance feedback
• Oversee daily recruiting activities to fill positions within timelines
• Assist onboarding for new consultants in the Philippines
• Monitor active engagement of consultants in the Philippines
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for CRE roles
• Manage sourcing on LinkedIn and other job boards; screen and recommend candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans
• Review recruiting metrics and prepare reports for leadership and identify process improvements
