Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a senior Property Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across Property Management and Engineering teams in a dynamic facilities environment. You will supervise staff, drive performance, and manage budgets, safety programs, and compliance.

Oversee day-to-day property operations, staff supervision, and performance management across Property Management and Engineering teams
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of issues
Oversee leasing operations — tenant sourcing, lease negotiation, renewals, and occupancy management
Supervise building engineering and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, and other MEP systems
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Coordinate renovation, fit-out, and capital expenditure projects from scope to turnover
Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and within quality standards
Manage property operating and capital budgets, and monitor expenses
Evaluate and manage contractors and service providers, including billing review and performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and fire/life-safety regulations
Oversee safety programs and emergency preparedness
Serve as senior point of contact for tenants, owners, and stakeholders on operational and property concerns
Provide regular reports to senior management on operations, budget, projects, and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Licensed Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer (PRC) preferred/required
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance
