Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of assigned properties. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage people, processes, and property assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure the upkeep of building systems including MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary).
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and preparation of operational and financial reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Lead the property’s technical and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement sustainability, safety, and improvement programs within the property.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (ME, EE, or CE).
- Preferably accredited as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) practitioner.
- With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with building management systems (BMS).
