Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties, ensuring efficient building operations, safety, maintenance, and service standards.

• Lead and coordinate building engineers, maintenance, security, housekeeping, contractors, and service providers while effectively managing tenant, resident, and other stakeholder concerns.

• Manage property budgets, contracts, vendors, preventive maintenance, inspections, and operational improvements to ensure cost efficiency and optimal property performance.

• Prepare regular management and executive reports, including property performance, operational issues, projects, and recommendations; provide updates and presentations during Management Committee (ManCom) meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant property or building management experience.

• Proven experience managing both commercial and residential properties, including building operations, facilities, maintenance, and tenant/resident relations.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, vendor management, contract management, and budgeting skills.

• Knowledge of building regulations, safety and compliance requirements

• Can start ASAP or within two (2) weeks.
