Job summary

SMDC is seeking a property, facilities, or building management leader to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Philippines, reporting to the Cluster Head and clients.

You will lead site engineers and staff, monitor budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee maintenance programs, and cultivate strong relationships with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years in property, facilities, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations including the Philippine Building Code and environmental compliance.
• Analytical, reporting, and communication capabilities.
• Financial budgeting, reporting, and business analysis proficiency.
