Strata Results Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead HRIS implementations and related system projects. The role focuses on analysis, planning, and delivery with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience, preferably with HRIS projects, and PMP certification is highly desirable. Strong communication, planning and leadership are essential for success in our growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with HRIS or related system implementations.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including project life cycle, documentation, and best practices.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects using formal PM methods.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules and reports.
• Experience managing issues, scope and quality within time and budget constraints.
• Ability to manage resources and timelines to achieve client objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation projects from initiation to closure.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) implementations. Our team is growing, and we have an exciting pipeline of client projects to deliver in 2024 and beyond.

The initial project involves working with a key client to support the analysis and implementation of a comprehensive HRIS solution. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the project meets its goals and is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Your collaborative and consultative approach will be vital as you engage with key project stakeholders to define and establish project goals, success criteria, and performance metrics. With your strong communication , planning, and influencing skills, you will oversee deliverables, proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with HRIS or related system implementations.

PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including project life cycle, documentation, and best practices.

Proven experience in delivering medium to large-scale projects, utilizing formal project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.

Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining key project deliverables, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

Experience managing project issues, scope, and quality, ensuring successful completion within time and budget constraints.

Ability to effectively manage resources and timelines to achieve client objectives .

Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Well-structured and methodical approach to project planning, including detailed project documentation and commercial reporting.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope.

Optional Requirements:

SAP Experience

Hospitality industry experience (optional but advantageous ).

Experience in other enterprise application implementations (optional).

Understanding of HR processes and systems (preferred but not mandatory).
