What we are looking for:

Strata Results is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to lead and deliver greenfield implementations for our clients across APAC. This role is suited to a hands-on consultant who is confident in configuring SuccessFactors modules end-to-end and translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive the successful delivery of the SuccessFactors suite , primarily across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.

Your role is to gather requirements, build the blueprint, configure the system, test the solution and provide hypercare support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical /functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in greenfield environments, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
  
• Perform end-to-end system configuration across relevant modules in line with best practices and project requirements.
  
• Translate functional designs into technical specifications and system configurations.
  
• Collaborate with the internal and client-side teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with HR business processes.
  
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with key stakeholders.
  
• Build the Blueprint documents.
  
• Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect resolution and test script preparation.
  
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and ensure a smooth transition into BAU operations.
  
• Maintain clear documentation of configuration, technical decisions, and support processes.
  

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors technical /functional consulting.
  
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least three SuccessFactors modules, with deep knowledge of Employee Central.
  
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation s .
  
• Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and XML configuration.
  
• Experience in data migration tools and processes, including template preparation and validation.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
