What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Functional Consultant to join our team at Strata Results. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, ensuring that clients have effective and streamlined time management processes. You will work directly with clients to understand their time and attendance requirements and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, including time tracking, attendance management, time‑off management, and shift planning.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, offer best practice solutions, and configure the system according to their business needs.
• Design, configure, and test Time Management solutions to ensure they meet client requirements, including integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third‑party systems.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, addressing any issues or concerns related to time data, payroll interfaces, and system functionality.
• Produce detailed documentation on system configurations and deliver training sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, technical consultants, and change management experts to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management best practices and new functionalities, making recommendations for enhancements or process improvements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll modules (Time Management).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll calculations, and compliance regulations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems.
• Ability to configure SuccessFactors modules and troubleshoot payroll‑related issues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Time Management) are preferred.
• This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Makati. You will be required to work 3 days a week in the office and have the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
