What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Core HR Functional Consultant to join our team at Strata Results.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions that support core HR processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR and business requirements and deliver effective solutions that optimise HR operations, workforce management, and HR data management.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions supporting core HR processes.

Configure and support relevant SAP SuccessFactors functionalities based on business requirements.

Ensure solutions align with client requirements and SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

Consulting & Client Interaction

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse HR and business requirements.

Provide recommendations and functional expertise to improve and optimise core HR processes.

Build strong relationships with clients and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

Solution Design & Testing

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on client requirements.

Conduct functional and system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and configuration issues.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide ongoing functional support for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Troubleshoot issues related to HR processes, system configuration, data, and integrations.

Work closely with technical teams and other consultants to resolve complex issues.

Documentation & Training

Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and functional solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for core HR processes.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

Skills

Strong understanding of core HR processes and HR operations.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and functional support.

Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other SAP systems or third-party applications is desirable.

Ability to troubleshoot functional and system-related issues.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Makati, Metro Manila. You will be required to work three days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
