What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors TimeManagement Functional Consultant to join our team at Strata Results. Inthis role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, andsupporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, ensuring that clientshave effective and streamlined time management processes. You will workdirectly with clients to understand their time and attendance requirements anddeliver solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAPSuccessFactors Time Management solutions, including time tracking, attendancemanagement, time-off management, and shift planning.

· Work closely with clients to gather requirements, offer bestpractice solutions, and configure the system according to their business needs.

· Design, configure, and test Time Management solutions to ensurethey meet client requirements, including integration with other SAPSuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.

· Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management,addressing any issues or concerns related to time data, payroll interfaces, andsystem functionality.

· Produce detailed documentation on system configurations anddeliver training sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively useand maintain the system.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers,technical consultants, and change management experts to ensure seamlessimplementation and client satisfaction.

· Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management bestpractices and new functionalities, making recommendations for enhancements orprocess improvements.

Qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAPSuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll modules (Time Management).

· Strong knowledge of HRprocesses, payroll calculations, and compliance regulations.

· Experience with SAPSuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems.

· Ability to configureSuccessFactors modules and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

· Strong analytical skills andattention to detail.

· Certifications: SAPSuccessFactors certifications (Time Management) are preferred.

· This is a hybrid positionbased out of our office in Makati. You will be required to work 3 days a weekin the office and have the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
