• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or other related Courses.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, preferably in construction materials, interior fit-out/design, boards, coatings, fiber cement, or related industries.
• Proven record in closing high-value projects, Gen-trade and distribution depot or stores and dealers.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction industry projects, modular furniture, and fit-out requirements.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, project-based selling, and negotiation strategies.
• Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Trusted, adaptable, and able to assume expanded responsibilities when required.
