Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environment using established tools and perform initial quality control.
• Execute production tasks, data management, and adhoc requests.
• Respond to job failures and escalate when needed according to procedures.
• Provide training to new/junior associates.
• Act as subject matter expert when Team Lead is absent.
• Enter issues into problem management tool and track resolution.
• Inform production and user areas of outstanding issues.
• Guide and supervise team members as needed.
