Job summary

• Leads the team to ensure compliance with the SLA commitments.
• Monitors team performance through daily huddles and dashboard reports.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the team.
• Implements process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Manages delivery timelines with the team and clients.
• Liaises with local counterparts for trainings and process updates.
• Coaches team members and conducts performance reviews.
• Acts as front line manager for issue escalation.
• Amenable to night shifts.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup.
• Maintains daily production output updated in the dashboard.
• Works with SMEs to create training plans for new joiners and conducts refresher courses.
• Understands methodologies, databases, processes to clearly communicate steps to clients for resolution.
• Proactively analyzes processes and provides improvement recommendations.
• Provides coaching to align team with KPI goals and policies.
• Complies with information security policies and processes.
• Retrieves data and manages allocations for team members.
• Ensures admin work is delivered.
