Job summary

IQVIA LLC in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented data processes specialist to document and enforce standard procedures across systems, convert supplier data into IQVIA format, and process files to produce period coding.

You will oversee QA testing, perform data checks, analyze reports for quality, support UAT and system changes, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, diploma, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Word and Access)
• Proficient with SQL and Excel
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze information to resolve routine problems
• Ability to work under time constraints and changing volumes
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and render OT on holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensures processes are documented and followed across systems
• Converts data from suppliers into IQVIA standard format per instructions
• Processes received files to produce relevant coding for the period
• Oversees QA testing and ensures testing prior to deliverable dispatch
• Performs data checks to capture anomalies before client deliverables
• Maintains data quality by analyzing reports generating transactions with issues
• Provides impact analysis of identified data corrections
• Communicates task status with other departments; escalates when needed
• Supports input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation
• Identifies process improvements and performs tasks as directed by Manager
