Job summary

IQVIA, based in the Philippines, seeks a Production Support/Quality Analyst to monitor production environments and perform initial QA tasks. The role involves data management, handling ad-hoc requests, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and solid communication abilities. Knowledge of Excel is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Job Description Summary

Essential Functions

• Monitors production environment using established tools and performs initial quality control for Italy Production Processes such as Dataview, SQL Analyzer, Sharepoint, Dashboard and Other third party tools
• Execute production tasks, Quality audit, Data management and adhoc requests
• Responds to job failures/issues and corrects problems/issues when possible according to established procedures
• Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using established call escalation procedures
• Takes appropriate action to ensure processes are completed according to schedule provided in the Reference Data Production Schedule
• Executes special processing requests as submitted and requests permanent changes to identified problems via action log process
• Enters issues into problem management tool with appropriate information for follow-up and permanent resolution
• Informs relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues that require further follow up
• Provides training to new/junior associates as required
• Acts as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert for other associates in the absence of Team Lead

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related course
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Good verbal and listening skills.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes.
• Has initiative and is self-motivated to see through until resolution concerns raised by clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment.
• Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
• Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
