Aufgaben

• Monitor production environment and perform initial QA.
• Execute production tasks, data management, and ad-hoc requests.
• Respond to job failures and escalate as needed.
• Escalate issues using standard procedures.
• Ensure processes meet the Production Schedule.
• Enter issues into problem management for follow-up.
• Provide training to new/junior associates.
• Act as SME in absence of Team Lead.
