You will validate, research, and respond to client data inquiries using client-specific tools to ensure data accuracy. The role emphasizes data processing, QA/QC, and adherence to internal quality standards, with opportunities to learn about the US healthcare delivery ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; 4-year program completed.
• Strong analytical, research and data processing abilities.
• Familiarity with US healthcare data is a plus; Excel proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of reference data for US production (Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations).
• Perform research such as Internet searches and third-party data matches to augment data completeness and accuracy.
• Receive and respond to client data inquiries.
• Conduct critical and trend analysis to provide accurate data to clients.
• Follow standard practices and business procedures.
• Match internal and external data through primary research and data management policies; analyze and fix data.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvements as needed.
• Manage workflow of tickets and resolve issues based on systems and business rules.
• Validate and QA/QC checks for operational processes and data inputs/outputs.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
• Validate data gathered from third-party sources for updates, creation, or deletion in databases.
• Ensure data cleanup of client-related databases.
• Execute tasks as directed by supervisor and local project lead.
