Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Production Associate in Taguig, Philippines. The role focuses on converting supplier data into IQVIA formats, coordinating QA testing, and ensuring timely, accurate client deliverables.

You will review and process data across sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files, perform checks for anomalies, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Flexibility for overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Windows applications including Word and Access.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with data analysis capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate data from suppliers into IQVIA standard formats per instructions.
• Process sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files to code for the period.
• Oversee QA testing and ensure testing is completed before deliverables are dispatched.
• Perform data checks and analyses to identify anomalies and integrity issues.
• Communicate task status and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist with new system development as needed.
