Job summary

Veriff seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the physical document IDV domain, bridging ML engineers and enterprise customers. You will translate complex technical trade-offs into business outcomes and lead cross-functional efforts across product marketing, legal, privacy, analytics, and go-to-market.

You will shape the roadmap for accuracy, coverage, fraud detection, and conversion while collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and customer success to ensure scalable, trusted identity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end B2B/B2B2C Product Management experience, ideally in identity, computer vision, fraud, or high-throughput ML systems.
• ML Fluency: you speak precise metrics and understand thresholds impact on conversion.
• Technical independence: can write queries, debug data pipelines, root-cause analysis.
• Customer credibility: capable of tough, technical conversations with enterprise clients.
• Experience thriving in a scale-up — high ambiguity, fast pace, changing priorities.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for physical document IDV — accuracy, coverage, fraud detection, conversion.
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers on model and system trade-offs to improve customer outcomes.
• Balance accuracy, conversion, latency, and cost in live enterprise contracts.
• Represent Veriff in complex customer calls with credible deep-dives on accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations on human-in-the-loop and with annotation teams for data.
