Job summary

Avvoka is building drafting infrastructure for the world's most sophisticated legal teams, and we’re looking for product leaders who can decide what to build next and see it through to live. You’ll own multiple product areas and tackle cross-team programs, migrations, and high‑risk releases.

This role has genuine reach: defend trade-offs with evidence, coach other PMs on discovery and judgment, and align discovery, delivery and decision-making across Manila, London and Prague.

Qualifications

• Owned multiple product areas with strategy work you can point to and explain.
• Deep technical fluency – comfortable with architecture and constraint trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: translate strategy into prioritised, technically feasible product direction.
• Deliver the hard ones: run high‑stakes ships with cross‑team collaboration and risk management.
• Raise the level around you: coach PMs, build feedback loops, improve decision-making across teams.
