Job summary

Veriff seeks an IC-first product leader to own the Customer Portal strategy, discovery, roadmap and delivery. You will influence through craft and authority, balancing hands-on work with growing a team over time while aligning with company objectives.

You will drive prioritisation, define success metrics, and partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design to turn expertise into a customer-facing platform. Remote work available.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area tied to Veriff's commercial model and revenue drivers.
• Run disciplined, continuous discovery with customers and translate into well-defined problem statements and a sequenced roadmap.
• Make transparent prioritisation and trade-off calls across ambition, sustainability and urgency.
• Define success metrics before building and hold the team to outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design as the connective tissue to turn expertise into a customer-facing product.
• Own launch as a discipline from start—internal platform releases and external GTM.
• Set and uphold the product-craft bar. Mentor PMs and eventually build and lead the team.
• Champion AI internally and implement new best practices for faster discovery and delivery.
