Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager focused on User Trust and Platform development in Metro Manila. You will own identity verification, fraud detection, onboarding and activation initiatives, and cross-team collaboration to improve activation metrics and customer experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in Product Management or Technical PM, with hands-on data querying (SQL) and analytics tooling experience. Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Ops is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Product Management or Technical PM, with 1-2 years owning technical/platform products.
• SQL to query a data warehouse, validate funnels, and track metric changes.
• Working understanding of APIs, auth flows, and account state propagation across systems.
• Experience with analytics and tooling (Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) and experimentation.
• Familiarity with fraud detection concepts, rules engines, risk scoring and tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with KYC/identity verification providers and document/biometric flows.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the User Trust and Platform roadmap end-to-end across identity, fraud, onboarding and activation, communications, support, and back office.
• Gather input from CS, Policy & Compliance, and Ops teams and prioritize work by impact versus effort.
• Own the trust and platform KPI framework, including activation rates, fraud loss as a percentage of GMV, support resolution time and CSAT, and Back Office workflow success rate.
• Define identity verification, account integrity, and account-state propagation across driver and customer apps.
• Define fraud detection signals and own back-office tools for suspending, deactivating, and reinstating accounts with audit trails.
• Own driver and customer onboarding and activation funnels, measuring drop-off and improving time-to-first-trip and time-to-first-booking.
• Define transactional and N-way platform communications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ship features supporting CS, Policy & Compliance, and Ops teams.
• Ensure compliance and traceability for identity, account, and financial actions in coordination with Legal and the DPO, including Data Privacy Act obligations.
• Plan phased releases, define success criteria, and determine when to pause or roll back.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for outcomes.

Requirements

• SQL, sufficient to independently query a data warehouse, validate a funnel, and check whether a metric moved; non-negotiable.


• Working understanding of APIs, authentication and authorization flows, and how account state propagates across systems.


• Experience with analytics and product tooling such as Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, or equivalent, plus experimentation.


• Familiarity with fraud detection concepts, including rules engines, risk scoring, and false positive/false negative tradeoffs.


• Familiarity with KYC and identity verification providers, and document or biometric verification flows.


• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
