Job summary

Veriff seeks a product leader for the Customer Portal, the single entry for customers to operate, configure, and expand Veriff products. This IC‑first role begins as individual contributor and gradually takes on team leadership while maintaining hands‑on ownership of a part of the Portal.

You will shape strategy, discovery and delivery, partnering with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design, and champion AI to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area aligned to Veriff's revenue model.
• Lead disciplined discovery with customers and define a sequenced roadmap.
• Prioritize ruthlessly with visibility into trade-offs across product, tech, and business needs.
• Define success metrics before building and hold the team to outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design as a credible peer.
• Own launches from first platform releases to external GTM, not just at the end.
• Set and uphold the product craft bar; mentor PMs and grow the team.
• Champion AI internally to improve rapid discovery and delivery.
