Job summary

Total Information Management Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Makati to handle the technical aspects of selling TIM solutions. You will present the company profile and offerings to prospects, scope requirements with sales and partners, and validate customer needs.

The role requires at least 5 years of presales or solution design experience, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills. You will design solution stacks and coordinate demos and quotes with partners.

Qualifications

• Presales or solution design experience in IT infrastructure, networks, backup, storage, server, cybersecurity, and/or AI.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer-focus.

Responsibilities

• Present TIM company profile and offerings to prospects and customers.
• Scope requirements with sales and partners when needed.
• Validate stated requirements from prospects and customers.
• Design or configure a solution stack across components.
• Liaise with distributors and partners to gather quotes and prices.
• Arrange demos or POC activities with clients.
• Convert commercial quotes to TIM cost worksheets.
