• Ensure all staffing procedures align with company and client requirements.

• Recommend and apply effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to increase candidate pipeline.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of headcount requirements.
• Analyze hiring needs and compute expected applications based on historical hit rates.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to meet applications and hiring targets.
• Monitor and review cost per hire to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate expenses related to sourcing activities, office supplies, and telephony usage.
• Gather and analyze recruitment data and performance metrics.
• Track and report on key metrics such as On-time Hiring, Hit Rate, Cost Per Hire, Conversion Rate.
