This role focuses on building talent pipelines, conducting candidate interviews, and managing client relationships while aligning with the company’s search methodology.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience creating and posting job advertisements and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and candidate/client management skills.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and reference checks.
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Strong research and market intelligence skills.
• Willingness to support business development initiatives.
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent communities through multi-channel sourcing, job postings, headhunting, and referrals.
• Conduct pitch/opportunity calls with active and passive candidates.
• Track and update candidate movements in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct market research and share insights to improve search strategies.
• Understand client hiring requirements and CTQs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews aligned with the company’s search methodology.
• Manage candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct employment reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, ethical, data protection, and employment standards.
• Research UDMs within target industries through LinkedIn and other sources.
• Present blind profiles to potential clients for relevant job opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and company growth initiatives.
