OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead its PMO, overseeing projects across HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing and Procurement to ensure timely delivery.

You will plan work, align departments, monitor budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the corporate side of the business. The ideal candidate has proven PMO leadership experience, strong budgeting and procurement knowledge, and excellent communication and risk-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or PMO leadership.
• Hands-on experience across HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Procurement.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple projects under pressure and handle risks.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets for cross-department projects.
• Build project plans and schedules with clear owners and deadlines.
• Set up policies and procedures that support project objectives.
• Prepare working budgets and monitor cost control.
• Set up the PMO structure, roles, and workflows.
• Coordinate resources and teams across departments.
• Define reporting lines and project documentation standards.
• Set direction and keep department heads aligned on priorities.
• Coordinate HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Procurement on shared projects.
• Lead regular project meetings and keep management updated on progress.
• Motivate teams and resolve conflicts that slow work down.
• Track progress, costs, and risks against the plan.
• Identify the cause of any delay or deviation and take corrective action.
• Submit weekly project status reports covering progress, costs, and issues.
• Maintain complete and organized project documentation.
