You will lead eight Project Managers and coordinate with Builds, Operations, Leasing, Design, and Finance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with expansion goals.

Aufgaben

• Project Portfolio Management: Oversee new store openings, renovations, and construction initiatives, ensuring projects meet approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop eight Project Managers by setting performance expectations, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deliverables, and balancing workloads.
• Project Planning and Monitoring: Establish project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking systems; monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve target store opening dates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Builds Department, particularly Project Engineers, and coordinate with Operations, Leasing, Design, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to align requirements and resolve project dependencies.
• Risk, Budget, and Governance Management: Identify project risks, monitor budget performance, establish mitigation plans, and implement standardized project management processes, reporting systems, and escalation protocols.
• Performance Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Analyse project KPIs, schedule variances, resource requirements, and opening readiness; provide management updates, recommend interventions, and improve project delivery processes.
