Job summary

Top Source Executive Search is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel paid campaigns. You will translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive data‑driven improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in digital marketing, with strong hands‑on experience across paid social, paid search, programmatic display, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of digital marketing or campaign management experience.
• Proven multi‑channel ownership across paid social, paid search, programmatic display and emerging channels.
• Ability to interpret ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and translate findings into optimisation strategies.
• Experience developing campaign plans, managing budgets, setting KPIs, and optimizing media performance.
• Experience mentoring and coaching performance marketing professionals.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense and Demandbase and account‑based paid media workflows.
• Experience using CRM and analytics platforms like Salesforce and Google Analytics for campaign tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaign execution plans across multiple paid media channels and platforms.
• Establish budgets, KPIs, channel-mix recommendations, and optimization priorities.
• Support campaign launches and provide hands‑on execution as needed.
• Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, audience, ABM, development and data teams.
• Communicate campaign progress, risks and insights to stakeholders.
• Lead structured testing and experimentation across campaigns and document results.
• Present performance reviews and optimization recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Apply AI tools to improve planning, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
