Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns that generate leads, customers, and measurable revenue. This hands-on, data-driven role focuses on turning ad budgets into business results while managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will analyze performance, continuously test audiences and creatives, and drive conversion growth in a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Professional working English and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance; adjust targeting and bids.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers for ad creatives and landing page optimization.
• Track conversion and attribution to understand customer journeys and revenue impact.
