Qualifications

• 5–7 years in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven multi‑channel campaign ownership across paid media.
• Strong metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC; translate data into actions.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, KPI setting, and optimization.
• Mentoring or coaching marketing professionals.
• Familiar with ABM platforms such as 6sense and Demandbase.
• Experience with Salesforce or Google Analytics for attribution.
• Analytical, communicative, and stakeholder‑savvy; AI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑channel paid campaigns and optimization.
• Mentor team members and develop scalable workflows and playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
