Propelrr is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own campaigns across paid media, SEO, social, content, and CRO. You will lead multi-channel plans, analyze results, and drive traffic, leads, and revenue with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, analytics, CRO.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client goals.
Create multi-channel marketing plans across paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, email, and CRO.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, traffic, leads, revenue).
Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing team members.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Present strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
